If you need to cancel your registration, you must cancel three business days prior to the event to receive a full refund. After that time a refund will be given less a $125 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

Some programs may have a special cancellation policy that will be noted within the specific program details. Transferring to another event maybe made without penalty up to three business days prior to the event date.

For VP members, a $125 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than three business days prior to the event. All no-shows will be charged the full member/nonmember fee. Credit hours will not be counted against a VP member's 80 hours in the case of a no-show.

For coupon users,a $125 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than three business days prior to the event. All no-shows will be required to surrender the coupon that was used to register.

Cancellations up to three business days prior to the event may be made in the My Events section of the website.

Please note special Cancellation Policies for the following events:

• Hawaii CE Week Courses– Cancellations made prior to June 1 will be charged a $150cancellation fee. VP members who cancel after June 1 will be charged the full member/nonmember rate for each course, less the pre-paid $75VP add-on fee.  Coupon users who cancel after June 1 will forfeit their coupon. VP and Coupons users may transfer to another Hawaii CE Week course at no charge.

• Financial Leadership Forum Executive Education Courses– The cancellation policies for Financial Leadership Forum’s Executive Education programs are specific to each event. Please refer to the program description for specific event details.

Unless otherwise noted in the event details, all cancellations must be received 3 business days prior to the event to qualify for a refund. Cancellations can be made online, by calling customer services at (800) 922-5272 or your program associate.

Cancellations received less than 3 business days prior to the event will be charged the full member or nonmember price.
