Minimum System Requirements

To participate in a webcast you need the following requirements:

  • A broadband Internet connection with a DSL or LAN speed. You may measure your bandwidth speed by clicking test your system link. Connection speed test result should either say "Your connection is DSL speed" or "Your connection is LAN speed".
  • Windows (XP,Vista,2000,2003) or Apple Intel-based Macintosh operating system
  • Internet Explorer v5.x or higher as a browser
  • Adobe Flash Player version 8 or higher
  • Phone line to dial into teleconference number. For VOIP users, headsets for individuals and computer speakers for group participants are required. Listening to webcast audio via teleconference is recommended.
  • A monitor with minimum resolution 800 x 600 (1024 x 768 or higher recommended)
  • 600 MHz Intel Pentium III processor or equivalent
  • 256 MB of RAM
