What are the Litigation Sections?

The Sections are statewide organizations that allow member CPAs to interact on concerns specific to their area of practice within litigation and dispute resolution. The Litigation Sections are open to affiliated non-CPAs, including attorneys and judges. This innovative membership concept lets you expand your base of knowledge and keep up with changes in the litigation practice area, including case law and standards, as well as network with other professionals.

In addition, you can have a voice in shaping the future of CPAs in litigation and dispute resolution. As a member of the Litigation Sections, you will have input into what types of CPE is needed and the types of conferences you would like to see developed and express your views on litigation and dispute resolution issues with the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
